Our Teacher's Training program is a two-year course that prepares individuals to teach religious education, such as in Sunday School or other church-related settings. These modules cover foundational biblical knowledge, effective teaching strategies, classroom management, child development, and specific curriculum content relevant to their faith tradition. The Student-teacher will complete exercises to include practical teaching strategies like creating lesson plans, engaging students, and managing classroom environments effectively. The program integrates spiritual formation and methodological training, focusing on a Christ-centered approach to education and character development. Studying Jesus’ example, the student will discover, What is An Effective Teacher, The timeless Seven Laws of Teaching and how Educational Psychology informs our learning plans today.
