This course is designed to equip the student with the instruments for planning and carrying out an effective program of Christian Leadership. By cultivating and utilizing skills needed in leadership, and recognizing the essentials required for a successful program of leadership, groups within the local church can grow, expand their influence and branch out to developing generations of aspiring leaders.
